The Chocolate Collection by PermaBlend Luxe was designed in collaboration with Amina Sadiq, Pro-team artist and owner of The Brow & Lash Studio, and contains 6 pigments designed for skin with a high melanin content.

The Chocolate Collection pigments are designed to be effective even on darker complexions, with warm undertones for excellent results without a grey effect.
Directions for use: Do not mix with water or other thinning agents.
